About The Yes Pile

Built to show you what a recruiter sees.

Why we exist

The Yes Pile started in a job search. The CV tools on offer were led by the AI rather than by the hiring decision: they gave a CV a score or a grade, then rewrote it from the same template as everyone else's. On the other side of the desk, recruiters now see the result every day: CVs that read the same way, often because the same tools shaped them.

What we do instead

We don't score your CV, and we don't rewrite it for you. The read asks the five questions a recruiter asks in the first minutes with a CV: Do I know what you do? Do I buy it? Have you done it at this level? Does your story hold up? Would I invite you to a call? Every observation points at a line of your own CV, so you can see why it lands the way it does and decide what to change, in your own words.

How it works

The feedback is generated by AI, working to a framework a recruiter designed. A human does not personally review each CV. The framework sets what matters and what counts as evidence; the model reads and explains; the verdict follows the framework.

What we hope for

A CV that sounds like you, says what you actually did, and gives a recruiter a reason to pick up the phone.
